I was interviewed back in 2014 for the IA position. We were tested first. Once passed, I was interviewed with three other people and on interviewer. I was offered the position the same day and given a site location.

To be transferred while working can be hard, you have to fill out a transfer form and wait to be interviewed again. You are basically asked why you want to transfer and where are you located.

I can only speak for my position. I am an IA (Instructional Aide). I do not see it doing well because they continue to not hire or want to promote 3.8 hours for full time. We had over 10 positions open throughout the school district with my site. A lot of us are leaving for full time jobs or districts that will hire full time. It isn't worth staying especially with no basic training or regularly enforced training. If you are already a full time staff member, they love it. But if not, you won't enjoy it much.
