I enjoy working for Longhorn! I started in the middle of a pandemic so it's stressful at times because we are short-staffed. But overall, it's great and management and team members are awesome and supportive.

My pay increased almost $11/hr in just 3 years. I was making almost $22/hr when I left to be culinary manager for another company. Biggest mistake ever. Wish I would’ve stayed with longhorn

Walked in each day already exhausted by how I knew management would treat me that day. Made maybe $40 a shift. Servers were mostly nice but management clearly had favorites. Compensation wasn’t exactly fair. I’m one busy night I would maybe make around $60. Luckily I got a much better job after
