I applied online and then did another application through the Darden because of the first application. Then I got an email saying that they wanted to schedule an interview with me. (I now have the job, yay!)

Bartenders and host get a percentage of servers tips. Which is all calculated through your checkout via point.of sale and you will never know it's taken out unless you look closely at your checkout slip. Bartenders get a percentage of.your alcohol sales and host get their percentage based on your total sales. Busy night lots of alcoholic drinks and big checks more for bartenders and host but the percentage stays the same. It doesn't even put a dent in the tips servers make but bartenders make way more in tips.plus the tip out from each server
