Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in Alexandria, LA

Again it’s ok. Corporate greed is what drives these people. Take take take but barely gives. Work load is incredible. Advancement doesn’t come easy at all.
Nurse in Alexandria, LA

Always understaffed. Management could care less. Only worried about corporate bonuses they receive. Management can’t be believed in anything they say. Turnover high due to management. Never know what you walking into. Employees sat and suck their vaps.

If you want to work somewhere that doesn’t care about the safety of the patients or staff. Work here. Hope you enjoy working independently because you will be thrown on a unit without adequate staff to assist you.
Mental Health Technician in Alexandria, LA

Rub shoulders with people that are just like me. I also enjoyed seeing people come in with issues and leaving as a new person. Watching them grow into their own life.

My experience was short term and temporary, but I would love to work there again. I enjoyed all upper management's (HR, Training and Development, Admissions) personality. I would love to work with them again. I would love to teach orientation and CPR.
