You definitely learn a lot, and working with the animals is very fulfilling, not a lot of room for advancement, and if you work on the clinic side, the stress is unbelievable. You will work with a great team but you are just another peon and won't make enough to survive.

Pros

Animals, and a great team of exhausted hardworking people.

Cons

Very hard to actually take your breaks, stressful and exhausting, expectex to use own personal property to function on the job without being compensated for it.

Run and I mean run

Extremely poor management, you have to be in a click in order to be like or you will be talked about behind your back! The manager in the well pet clinic only like certain people and she will make sure they’re taken care of before you! This place really needs a whole revamp of all employees some employees actually do their job and do it very well but in the well pet clinic certain people Are allowed to give information out about the dogs health when they are legally not allowed to and get away with it

Run, and run fast

Started working here after a transfer to the area. Regretted it after a few weeks. Forced to work through lunches (supposed to be from 12-130pm) and breaks while coworkers continuously slacked off. Management never listened or disciplined and actual hard work is never recognized. Clients constantly complained about employees yet employees were never reprimanded. Trainings and guidance never happen, employees can do whatever they want. Hardest part of the job was getting management to listen and address concerns. Most enjoyable part was providing care to animals.

Pros

Helping animals

Cons

No breaks, constant work, no life balance.

Poorly managed

Poor leaders. Bad management and no actual chance for advance unless you are in the click. The animals are cared for well by the vets they are some of the hardest working people.
