The Rochester location has to be the worst of them all, management is definitely the worst. They have safety employees, yet there is always an injury, 1-3 times per week. They do not fix things unless an audit is taking place. If you value your health and sanity, I wouldn't work at this particular location. They want you to do double the work in 12hrs, but do not want to pay you more. When you ask about advancing(which is part of the job) they give certain people multiple excuses as to why they can't, but none of them make sense. Minorities and some women are treated completely different, they are usually "stuck." If you get hurt, expect the worst from them. They are very nice your first few weeks, but they will show their true colors soon enough. Some people that actually supported the operation employees on the floor, mysteriously departed from the company without a single word. (FIRED) DON'T BE FOOLED BY WHAT THEY OFFER, BECAUSE A LOT OF IT IS BS!!! If you do take a position, pray that your area has a control room, if not be prepared to burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. Also, don't be a female and report harrassment, because no matter what you say in confidence, everyone already knows, and management will try to find a way to say you misconstrued something, or possibly not even respond to your complaint at all.
