Part-timers get the option of OPERS for retirement. PTO hours (been here for 2 years as a part-timer and have 16 hours of PTO). Discounted tuition with LCCC. Employees parking. Free use of the gym. Staff perks (discounts with staff ID to different stores around Lorain County).

Once a year, as long as your annual review is at Meets Standard or Exceeds Standard for part and full time employees. Student employment did not receive raises unless the state minimum wage went up.
