I would break up the district as fortunes are wasted on a corrupt and useless bureaucracy at Beaudry.

Get rid of the position of area operations supervisor those are the biggest waste of money and use Beneficial for be used for other building and grounds workers

Need to fire Managers and Supervisor not doing their job or cost the district money in many lawsuits.

This district is extremely dysfunctional and there is nothing anybody can do to make it a better place to work.

I would stop micromanaging.

End micro management and bullying by manager and supervisors even better eliminate some of management and supervisors position put back in the field or back in the classroom.

If yhe Governor can fund money to school destrict for making more schools and more staff and there will be more teachers and all the type of tiles of staff the and there will be better and no be crowder specially teachers w had less students to them to had a hard time of students then that way wil be a better iviroment and they be happy and better benefits and wage

I would listen to employees with a humane attitude. I would understand their needs and try to help them by inspiring them and talking to them. I would have a positive way of evaluating and helping them so that they can listen and trust my suggestions. I would not have a punitive way to motivate teachers. Rather, I would follow up with incentives, assistance to improve teaching practices, and inspire creativity. I would help employees if they were sick or members of their families were sick. I would micro-manage less and macro-manage more. I would implement more programs to inspire and empower students on the
Special Education curriculum.

Do all I can to give our children the best experience of the schooling, activities and a safe environment, as a father of 4. I know how important our children are in our communities

I will make sure that the kids everyday are eating healthy meals that pay the light so the school won't be throwing away millions of dollars of food away everyday because the kids don't like the food menus I will also ensure that the kids have pop-up books and Educational Tools to use from day-to-day and have a proper uniform
