To participate in more transactional communication sessions.

Hire permanently and not just seasonal

I believe that LAUSD should pay their over qualified teacher assistants more than what they are currently getting paid. They need at least a $3 increase. Or, if this is not possible, they should not demand the teacher assistant to supervise during lunch or after school. The teacher Assistant position would be fulfilling if there was more time for them in the classroom with the teacher and the students. Possibly a certain monetary increase every so often would be an adequate incentive to stay in addition to health care benefits.

Some people have retired some left becauce of the cuts backs in the district and the not given the childre the proper tools mthey need to work with.

Hire more people

Provide educational assistance for advancement into positions from within.

Provide career ladder support system

Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
