Medical Records Transistion in Ashburn, VA
on March 28, 2012
While employed I processed medical records from their hard copies to electric copies and filed the records accordingly. I learned quite a bit about filing and standard filing practices in the medical field. The management was very nice and provided spcific instructions on how the records needed to be filed. I did not work very closely with anyone. The hardest part of this job was learning medical jargon and proper understanding. The most enjoyable part of this job is that I set my own hours.

Overwhelming and exhausting. Not enough time to complete my tasks, so I would stay behind to complete it. But was told off for any overtime. My coworkers were absolutely wonderful, and everybody helped each other where they could.

I love working at LMG but it’s because I love my doc and my coworkers. Your experience with LMG will depend on what office you’re in and who you work for specifically.

I loved working with the physicians and I loved what I did. It was when my department had to report to a director who was unfair, self centered and always disrespecting to her employees it was hard to work there. We did all of her work and she got all the credit. A very stressful and toxic place to work.

Interview Questions

Not many. Whatever questions they ask, its just them putting on a show and pretending like you've got competition or that its a desirable place to work. It's not. They're desperate to hire someone because the turnover rate is shamefully frequent. They can't hold down an employee for longer than a few months to a year. If anything, the question they'll ask you is "when can you start?"

Shared on November 26, 2021

Not many questions. They look for people fast and give them a false idea of how the company really is.
