They need to work on the management. The people running the place and a few of the doctors work very unprofessionally. All due respect to the physicians that care about providing real patient care, the management just wants to book the whole world to drain insurance companies and get compensated.
Not many questions. They look for people fast and give them a false idea of how the company really is.
What advice would you give the CEO of Loudoun Medical Group about how to improve it?
I'm pretty sure she's on top of things. Although, there is always opportunity for improvement.
