Love working for a luxury brand. Little room for advancement and growth. Relationships with client are amazing. The pay is good and coworkers are supportive.

LET ME TELL YOU at first when I started at this company it was organized and work was pretty straight forward, until they started pressuring you on selling certain categories that are nearly impossible to sell unless you get lucky with super wealthy clients. Not to mention the insanely low commission rate on most of the categories, compared to other brands is such a joke. The amount of pressure, or I should say threat is unreal and so toxic. Managers are great and I love all my coworkers but the company seriously has to stop threatening or pressuring their Sales Associates to sell something nobody wants to invest for from this brand. Such a shame.

Training was long but didn’t really teach anything. They look down on people who can’t afford the most expensive products. Managers are fake and show immense amount of favoritism. The building is beautiful though!

The coworkers were great, very fun. Some coworkers are petty and cause drama but it's easy to stay out of. Management is awful. Good luck getting any opportunity to advance, they'll just gaslight and belittle you. The system to get time off is very unorganized. Bummed I had to leave because I love my coworkers but it was too much of a mess. Too much stress for just a part-time job.
