My interview was super easy. I am guessing that since my interaction with the manager was pleasant, either I caught him on a good day or perhaps he had gotten a good talking to. I got a job offer that day. What I was offered as starting pay is a little less than my previous job, but I see it as a great opportunity for me to learn some new skills and have the chance to advance within the company and that is priceless.

Love's needs to send in under cover people to work and to see how people are being treated in the stores we work at I have been with company for years now and am currently looking for another job cause I can't take it anymore and the Michigan store is the worst the management is horrible already on third Gm now and the assistant manager uses favoritism since she was promoted and the drama in that store is horrid as well as a few employees sleeping with truck drivers for material things and money... I don't feel that this is the place for me anymore.

After your first six months you receive one week of vacation. After a year you receive another week a vacation. That's two weeks of vacation in your first year.

You also receive 2 personal days per calendar year as well as sick time. Your sick time accrues based on hours.

After many years you receive three weeks of vacation.
