Pay not reflected in large workload with long hours
Merchandising Manager (Current Employee) –  Aurora, NEJuly 3, 2014
The corporate concept is great, however, that is not reflected at the location that I am working at. Bad reputation for treatment of employees causes location to be understaffed. The two 12 hour and 2 10 hour shifts that is supposed to be worked/scheduled, is more like two 14 hour and 3 12 hour shifts.

Loves was a great place to work.. It was very competitive and I enjoyed the environment. I think if they had better management it would run more smoothly.
