There were a lot of favoritism and competitiveness at my location. sometimes going to work seemed cut throat because some of the employers had to respect for other co-workers. although the loyal customers made up for a lot of the behind the scenes drama. having the ability to provide them what they need to have a great day makes me have a great day!
