Working at Love Culture, I have learned to be more patient due to all the customers we get in the store and our strict return policy. Management within the store is great, however, upper management needs much improvement. People love to work I like to come to work cuz of the people. Boss was nice and easy to talk to had no problems unpaid breaks tho that wasn’t good I need money

Fast paced and challenging. Not acknowledged for sales goals even above and beyond by top management. High theft environment from customers. Unsupportive upper management was the serious con. A pro would be discount on clothing and fast paced.

For the most part It was really fun. There’s great opportunities to look forward to. Great pay and everyone’s so kind and hard workers. The management was also great.
