Lowes offers good pay and benefits but its major problem is management. Some supervisors have anger issues and frequently have power trips on the workers.

Was a good place to work and gain experience in customer service. Management will depend entirely on location, sometimes it'll be good, sometimes bad. Short breaks, but at reasonable times. Sometimes it's a struggle to get more hours.
