Can be good. Again everything depends of the management team you have. Technically only a few positions have a set schedule, Receiving, Pro, Unloaders, FSA, and PSA. On the off chance you get a coworker with a desired set time preferred to work, usually management will allow you to kind of set your rotation schedule. If you have a poorly trained manager you will "Turn & Burn" more than you like which is exhausting.

Poor & passive aggressive management. Joke of an HR department to hear or solve issues. Unhealthy atmosphere. Probably wont get the info benefits that you are supposed to be offered & sign up for in your first 30 days.

Too many bosses, horrible work schedule, lying, they burn out good workers, upper management is a joke and it is just a horrible job where customers can cuss you out and call you names then get a discount.

Be the experts in the stores, understand policy, and communicate. Too often the management teams know little about the various departments in the store. Sales Specialists, if they were trained well, usually know more about the floor than the managers and are constantly fighting for help. There have been quite a few HR issues at my store because upper management hired narcissistic middle management. There needs to be a way for the employees to review and rate their management team and receive clear and concise feedback on the submissions. The EOS has been a joke.

Management decides to hire new people who have no idea what they’re doing instead of promoting or giving more hours to the people who have been there forever and know what they’re doing and then expect them to train the newbies 😂
