So many benefits.

I have been with Lowe's for 4 years and I'm part time. You do get vacation but you have to be there for a year. You do NOT get sick time, only full time employees get sick time. You can also get medical, dental, and vision but the medical isn't that good. The dental is decent if you have the need for dental and vision depends on of you get the low or high vision plan. Medical comes with a prescription plan. I'm in Georgia so not sure if it varies state by state. Also you have to be permanent part time to receive benefits, if you're seasonal part time you dont qualify. If you end up changing from seasonal to permanent then the 1 year kicks in after you sign on to be permanent, not your initial hire date.

Depends on your manager. If she doesn't like you be prepared to get the worst shifts. Also be ready to be micromanaged and told to do things you did already.
