Im locked in the building for 9 hours not allowed to leave over night

I was told to stay in the building on my break but I need to walk outside for 15 minutes every few hours because sadly I’m a nicotine addict. So I will punch out if I have to. Also don’t take your Lowe’s vest out with you, you will be “stealing” as that vest belongs to Lowe’s. Put it in your locker.

No you cannot take breaks off of property and you cannot smoke on the property. However you can take your lunch off of property as it is not paid, which I highly recommend.

Only lunches. Breaks are paid and therefore you must remain in building. If you chose to take your breaks unpaid you can punch out and leave the premises.

It depends on your manager, I remember that I would sometimes. You have to leave the property to smoke so during breaks I think you can go outside.
