Depends on your manager. If she doesn't like you be prepared to get the worst shifts. Also be ready to be micromanaged and told to do things you did already.

Yes. You will be required to work early morning and late evening shifts. The position is on a rotating schedule and will have the same days off each month unless vacation and/or scheduling conflicts within the store. It will happen, but they will strive to be fair with it.
