It would be for me the division of labor. In my department I have to have a change of shirt because I work so hard. Others stand atva counter and do not move. I have been asked to wrangle 55 or so of carts without as much of a courtesy of being asked if I needed anything or a helping hand while 4 customer service and 3 cashiers are doing NOTHING and no one is in the store. The more you assist in tasked that are not yours, the more u need to do.

I have also been criticized that shelves are a mess and I am helping 4 people once.
