I received my first raise plus retroactive after 6 months.
One raise after two years proven performance and client involvement. STILL waiting on a raise initiated by the client in January. Acknowledged the client approved the raise in mid-January. Refused to backdate the raise when they finally claimed they processed it last month. New hires to same position but without the same certifications are brought in at the same rate and who get home to their families every night vs. my 2-4 weekends per month.

Once a year.
None. No raise on contract extension.
I wouldn't know I haven't gotten one yet and I've already completed my first assignment of 9 months.

There are no raises unless you have negotiated that into your contract.
Never, unless you are promoted.

I was told it's contract and the pay you were quoted was what you get.
