The hardest part of the job is the long shift hours while working at an emergency shelter. Getting the adequate rest between shifts is not provided especially if your lodging is the farthest out from lodging.

Pros

Excellent pay

Love it…

Wish it was a full time position. I enjoy what I do and it’s not complicated. The people I work with are all down to earth and that makes for an easy day.

Stepping Stone

I enjoyed the basis of my role. Cold calling was a bit ridiculous as they had strict metrics.Lots of company gatherings, team building. Favoritism for-sure, but room for growth.

The pay.

HR has a horrible time returning calls. They never return a call whether through email or call. Management is a joke. You hardly ever saw them. They were always hiding in their office. Everyone has to fend for themselves.

Pros

Free Accommodations

Cons

Distance to lodging is horrible

Workplace was awful, but the company was helpful

I wouldn't work as a contractor on Camp Lejeune again, but the company helped me whenever I had an issue. Replies were timely, typically via text. Bi-weekly pay was helpful.

Great I will recommend to others. I worked in department of mental health and case management.

What is the best part of working at the company? The considerations and the pay. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The distances I was working in Pecos , Tx. as a clinician. Horrible and stressful

What is the best part of working at the company? They offer free snacks, games and beer for corporate employees located in OrlandoWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company? No job security at all, layoffs are always hanging over your head. Bad business decisions have cost people their job. In the recent three months multiple high ranking executives left a company by choice. It is honestly a nightmare, and the bad career decision to work for this companyVery unethical, they create notional positions, require candidates to go through rigorous interviews, only to turn around and say the job was canceled. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful mostly everyone and every department are all looking for other employment. No one, absolutely no one knows if they will still be employed a year from now. But hey, they play beer pong, so there’s thatWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Cold calling 60 people a day asking them to work for the company. Everyone is calling from the same list, so you are essentially a telemarketer. People can expect to get 3 to 5 calls a week from different recruiters

I am thankful for the opportunity to care for our veterans but this company is about money not care!

What is the best part of working at the company? This company double talks & they don’t care about their employees. The contract & offer letter were not the same. Pay was not comparable to others. Best part was ending contract. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The POOR & lack of communication with managers & Benefits/HR. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? As a traveling RT I did not interact within the company. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I was offered day shift BUT this was a “sub contract”. I worked nights. The military facility was not initially “welcoming” to a contractor.

Management is non-medical, completely disrespects their providers by changing location, hours & shift without any discussion or warning.

Loyal Source routinely jerks providers around by changing their location, number of hours, and which shift they work without ANY discussion or warning. I worked there 9 months, flexed where they needed me, and without any warning or care for how it would affect my life and kids, they switched my station, switched me to night shift, working 12s instead of 16s [24 hours less pay per check!!!]. They could have given this to a new hire instead of disrespecting their providers as dispensable. Every other month, I heard of another provider leaving due to being jerked around like this. We paid our educational and employment dues to be treated like the professionals we are.

Pros

Meet people from around the world at the border.

Cons

Complete disrespect for the professionals who work for them.

Awful, awful company

What is the best part of working at the company? Our office and manager were all wonderful. Working with the veterans was very satisfying. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Corporate. They kept changing our contracts and making them WORSE. As NPs, we were ridiculously underpaid. Per diem is not meant to be part of a salary! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Our office was great. Corporate is awful. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Go in, see veterans. Corporate had the expectation (and tried to make us sign papers) saying we would work "however long was necessary" to finish the job. Basically, forget about work/life balance!

What is the best part of working at the company? The events that they do for employees What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The constant turnover and lack of flexibility What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They try to create a fun environment but company not very transparent. What is a typical day like for you at the company? On the phone all day. A lot of micromanaging. Last minute changes

Not a place where hard work will provide room for growth if not in a click

What is the best part of working at the company?Too much stress from management and rigid matrix system What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management disciplinary method if matrix is not meet. It doesn’t take the important factors outside of employees control. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They make an effort to make it a friendly work environment with special events but management on a daily give a unapproachable vibe. What is a typical day like for you at the company?High stress and at times frustrating

Management was the worst, would never work for this company again

Horrible company to work for!!!! Very disrespectful management changed very often! Don’t return phone calls very messy, unprofessional environment. The people that they hire are under qualified to do their job, but they are over you. They make promises, but they never keep their word.

Pros

Pay was good

Cons

Management was horrible a lot of backstabbing and sabotaging employees

I enjoyed the independence and challenge of the position.

What is the best part of working at the company? My direct supervisor was able to answer questions really quickly. The benefit package was nice. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Although my supervisor answered questions quickly, being a contractor was limited to the scope of the contract so the responses did not solve a lot of concerns/problems. HR past the initial hiring did not respond quickly, but were thorough when they did get back to you. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I worked remotely as a contractor. I was limited to the scope of the contract. I did not work directly with anyone other than my supervisor and recruiter. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Mon- Fri 7:00 AM-4:30 PMJob expectations depend on the contract.
