I am proud to be a nurse at Loyola. We provide safe, and compassionate care to our patients. Our nurses and techs work as a team to help our patient population. Being an academic institution, Loyola follows evidence based practice as well as following AORN standards to ensure the best outcome for our patients.
ProsHave been able to work 12 hour shifts; will train nurses and techs who are not experienced
ConsHard to get time off in the summer, pay is not competitive
