Not a bad company to work for but the work environment is very boring and the days can drag by while sitting in your cubicle. Most people are nice enough but the newer employees tend to keep to themselves a bit.

Management was not bad and they don't breathe down your neck to get things done. The owner of the company is old and set in his ways so - more ... a lot of the outdated HR policies will not change until he retires.

The hardest part of the job is not going crazy while sitting in a cubicle doing mind-numbing tasks.

ProsWork/life balance, management is nice, flexible schedule, relatively low turnover
ConsHR Policies make you feel like a high school student being monitored, boring environment, benefits are not great, no bonuses, owner is very frugal
