Work & Life Balance

Reviews

Bindery Operator 2 in Harrisonburg, VA
on June 10, 2021
Meet a lot of good people that work at that place.
Learned how to operate a machine, a lot of mechanical and hands-on stuff. In the last 5 years, management has been awful. Depend on which department you are in, the culture could be good or bad. The hardest part was listening to the people who make you feel like your job is secure, then a week later, they will come back and tell you something else. The most enjoyable part about this company was having an opportunity to meet some good people that exist in this company.

it's an ok place to work. The people are great. Good money if you don't gave small children or having a social life. Swings shifts and 12 on 2 off schedules and 10 hour days.
Supervisor in Lebanon Junction, KY

They seem to want to make people quitNew management wants more work but seems like they making all experience workers quit. Was a good place years ago but seems like on a downward spiral

Not a good place to work. Business doesn't care about employees, only just upper management and board members. Pontiac is a big safety hazard from the get go. Too many safety issues. Supervisors like to look the other way!!!
Press Operator in Warsaw, IN

Full of drug addicts, management is terrible pay is terrible but the days off are nice I suppose. Hate flopping with the inconsistent schedule no real stability for family life when work schedule constantly changes..

Work History. How do you preform under pressure How do you organize your desk

Nothing special. Show some general comepetency, and you're pretty much hired... about the only deal breaker is not having reliable transportation.

Shared on March 7, 2018

It is a targeted selection type interview, with hypothetical situations that don't necessarily pertain directly to the task that will be performed in the job description you are being interviewed for.
