Went through several interviews, recruiter, District Manager and Regional Manager. Bring energy and passion for the product to the interview. If however, you are not an aggressive sales person, don’t bother, you will not win at Lucky Brand.

I got a phone call asking to come in for an interview, for the interview I talked with the manager and it was a typical interview then a "style assessment" where I had to pick out an outfit fit for the scenario. Was offered the job and had to fill out some paperwork online then called again and first day started within a couple of days. From interview to first day took about a week and a half to 2 weeks.

Your interview is called a Lucky impression and consist of panel group asking different questions or the DM. Either way it will have nothing to do with the aggressive manner in which they would like you to persue the customer. Hours are given of a number of KPI's it's not enough just to sell you have to make your ADS, UPT, denim goal, SPH, along with task on one person coverage and keep up conversation with a 15 STAR meaning 15 customers to 1 associate you have to develop yourself on minimum hours. The company does not have a clear direction of where they are going. Hope this helps someone..

Ask some questions and role played.

You know, easy simple questions. The main thing is the role play though. A coworker or manager will pretend to be a customer while you try to sell an item to them. Seems tough or nerve wrecking at first, but just be natural and do your best, and you'll be fine. Coworker/manager was a down to earth person, so I had a nice time for the interview. You being nervous is the only thing that can make it slightly difficult.
