I use to love it..not so much anymore . They have made it a horrible place to work. It's overly stressful at the store levels. too stressful for only selling flooring. The founders motto of " sell wood and have fun doing it" is dead and gone. If things aren't tagged just right in your warehouse you may get fired.

I feel like I never have a day off.. if it's not the store calling you at home it's your regional manager texting you on you day off with an "urgent " message to reach out to your store about. Utter nonsense!

I would say they are, however because you are in sales environment and half of sales is selling yourself I would say that piercings and tattoos while not forbidden might hinder your performance. So I would recommend not wearing them or having tattoos covered so as to not potentially be a hindrance to your performance.
