Store manager will usually be off Sunday and one other day being Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday are mandatory. 52+ hours weekly.
Assistant managers up to 40 hours limited to no over time. Days off depend on your store manager if they’re split or back to back. You will work every Saturday and Sunday
I’ve never been able to use all of my vacation time. You are usually understaffed and vacation time for one person usually means extra days for another person. On paper vacation time looks great, but as soon as you take the position the paper get crumbled up and it’s all about “business needs”.
I don't remember them having sick days as such you can use PTO to cover illness if you desire
