An awful company. Is it possible everyone is just wrong ?
There is one person in Iowa
responsible for the grossly degraded network and the open hostility towards Centurylink.
You all know who this is. He collects
a paycheck and does nothing about
the garbage on every floor and the
alarms on literally every rack of equipment. Hint. He is so stupid he skied into a tree in broad daylight.
His techs think he is a Clown. They
badmouth him behind his back every day. No one has any respect for him.
I was told to Falsify Official Company Documents. Just Make Stuff up. We don’t have time to “actually fix all these troubles”. There are not enough people “to be honest”. Just close out the tickets because the “OSP Techs are to
Busy to work on real troubles”. I was told this by “a trainer”. She said This is accepted policy here in Iowa. That this is put out by our Manager. She said “we all do it this way”. I left because of The rampant unadulterated dishonesty.
They suck you always here about layoffs coming up
Incredible processes to get quotes out and to do work. Stops sales from seeing customers

The many different systems and services from the many acquired companies. Help centers attempt to assist but many times they fall short.
