In Iowa, the network techs have no respect for their mgr. the moment he
turns his back, they start backstabbing him. When no one is watching the Techs start slow walking installs. And they start No walking trouble tickets. The mgr can’t even get the Techs to take out the garbage. Their is trash on all floors.
The mgr in Iowa is perceived as a Clown by the dim witted network technicians in Iowa. Now he is calling himself a “director”. How pathetic.
I quit because I was being told to falsify
company documents by my manager and coworkers. I was told I had to falsify records because we are just
to understaffed. There are to many
troubles to actually fix them all. Just
“say” the troubles are fixed a close out
the tickets. We don’t have enough
people in Iowa to actually fix these
problems. So just “make stuff up”.
Just an awful company. Don’t even apply.
Don’t even apply. Just an awful company. Mgmt wants you to falsify
official company documents to meet
deadlines. Co-workers are petty and
insecure. They actually complain about
using “big” words. Central Offices in
Iowa have garbage on every floor.
Alarms literally on every rack of equipment. No one cares. Coworkers
do everything they can to get out of fixing troubles. Just a really Sick company. Top to bottom. Craft and
Mgmt mislead and cheat customers.
Just an awful and terrible company
especially in Iowa Trash filled Central Offices.
they never made us work a Sunday. We were driven to sell - which is fine, it IS a sales job - but pressuring current customers always to buy more internet and TV, often things they didn't want/need.
Fun and family oriented
It was a complimentary work environment for me. There was a lot of mutual helping.
Casual work environment until the end of month where there is a bottleneck and a surge of work with very short timelines.
Depends on the position
Fun, challenging, competitive, but mostly fun!
I could not get 1 day every year between May and August
