Manager (Former Employee) - San Jose, CA - November 16, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? Lots of opportunities to do work above your pay grade. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Leadership plugs revenue holes with regular layoffs. Decisions don’t get made in a timely manner. Avoid frustration of indecision and go elsewhere. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Old boy’s network out of touch with Silicon Valley What is a typical day like for you at the company? Inability to get decisions to move forward

hire and fire
Engineer (Former Employee) - Milpitas, CA - May 4, 2022
Lots of employee turnover, difficult place to work. Some roles may require frequent long trips over-seas, which may also require late-night calls with over-seas vendors. Some projects were working on neat or new technologies while a significant amount of work was required to maintain legacy products.

Poor compensation and limited career development
Laser Engineer (Current Employee) - San Jose, CA - April 25, 2021
I would say this place is a good place to retire since the work-life balance is pretty good. while it is definitely not a good place for a young person who eager to develop a career. I cannot learn new things, my manager is timid and overcautious, etc...

Terrible work to place
Wafer Fab Operator (Former Employee) - San Jose, CA - March 27, 2021
Too much politics and poor management. People are taking a long break but the night supervisor doesn't care. They typically take a 1-hour each break plus 1-hour lunch but they only clocking out for 30 minutes lunch. The company is a no business direction at all. CEO always talking good stuff but the company is not doing good.
Pros
Long break. Long lunch
Cons
Night supervisor needs to be more fair.

Bland days
Executive Assistant (Former Employee) - Milpitas, CA - January 21, 2021
Typically I managed 3 desks during the day. I felt stuck with my ambition and nowhere to apply it. It was a bland "job as usual" atmosphere. Many of my peers were confused on their job descriptions and inconsistencies from management. It was not a collaborative environment from the office of the CEO down through all other levels; we were very siloed.
Pros
The office location WAS right off the freeway next to a shopping center, there were plenty of office, shopping, and lunch options, medical/dental were good
Cons
Bland uneventful work environment, time off was seen as a burden to others, much too siloed.

Great benefits and initiatives for diversity and inclusion
Project Manager (Current Employee) - San Jose, CA - September 21, 2020
It’s a good place to work. The people are nice but they’re not very outgoing. Everyone is always willing to help. We’ve been able to work from home (if your role permits) and there hasn’t been downsizing in its workforce during COVID-19. If you are hired as a full time employee, they will help with paying off student debt.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
The company is fairly new and is still trying to figure out its ways

Sr. Sourcing Manager - Global Facilities (Current Employee) - San Jose, CA - December 22, 2019
Nice people just have to get with the times. This is not necessary. People need to evaluate their interview experience. People are really nice but, not open to change and progression.

Awesome career
Electronic Technician (Former Employee) - California - October 14, 2019
Awesome place to work with career opportunities. If the company didn't move i think i would still have a job there. I got along with the team and was always updated about training on the job.
