Stop forcing everyone to carry things on trays, trays are for multiple plates of food not a bullet of sour cream. Lower tip share to 3%. Evaluate management more closely. Get rid of name tags, it’s degrading.

I would make the bartenders more diverse. For example not having just female bartenders but also male bartenders. Also figure out a way to offer some type of healthcare to my employees.
