Clarification on benefits, not multiple documents that contradict each other. Make sure you are fully aware of the things allowed and not allowed for a job before you interview someone. Be sure you are interviewing for the right job. Allow the employee to know certain, not classified things regarding the contract with the person they will be assigned to so they don't think the job is one thing, and turns out to be a glorified copy, maid job. The President is a great person, but it seems there are people in other positions of power there that are not quite up to speed on the jobs they are hiring for. Don't mislead employees, promise one thing, then when they take the job, change everything they thought they were getting.
