My day usually starts off with emails and then I interact with residential/business customers via phone or in person. We have one manager who is very helpful and understanding when needed. We all work as a team to get the job done and that’s what matters at the end of the day. Both the company and consumers are happy. Working for the Lafayette consolidated government is a great experience. I have learned that you can grow and gain all the experience you need to make a satisfying career working for the city of Lafayette.

My typical day is helping customers with services. Customers call in for help with services being down or can not access certain websites. I have learned so much about patience. I have the best co workers. I have a great work environment. The hardest part of my job is not being able to help a customer with a problem. Sometimes things or situations are beyond my control.
