Let the outsiders that join the brand bring all their amazing past experiences help mold and grow a company that has so much potential. Let them help guide by listening to their views, currently their voices are muted by most of the original Lush team there. Old leadership styles are what will make Lush fail. Invest in new RST members, current ones that have be in role forever are not the future they are what are holding it back.
