Maybe it was just the Waverly site-- specifically residential that sucks. I recall an all staff meeting with the Waterloo office and those people seemed to really enjoy their job. They recognized people I've never met or heard of except for 1 who yeah, works a lot but isn't necessarily the easiest person to express questions or concerns to.

Work environment is terrible. No appreciation. I was more appreciated by the shelter supervisor and i hardly knew her. asked to transfer and they won't let you.
