I feel positive with the new CEO. Hopefully he will keep his eyes open and make some changes in upper management. Also, I feel there should be a survey rating your managers and upper management. A paper survey because employees are often afraid to do electronic surveys.

The process varies slightly depending on the opportunity and the program. In general, applications are reviewed by a member of the human capital team and qualified individuals are passed to the hiring managers. Leaders then select individuals for interviews which could included a phone interview and onsite interview. An additional onsite interview may be necessary for leadership opportunities. Final candidates are then asked to submit to a reference check which could include professional and character references (depending on licensing requirements). Offers are then extended contingent on pre-employment checks which may vary depending on licensing.

Hire Human Resource individuals who aren't buddies with Program Directors and are fair. Just because a Program Director/ Vice President have been an employee at LSS for years, doesn't mean the individual is fair and professional. It could mean, this individual is connected with individuals whom will allow such behaviors.
