Lack of support, poor salaries, poor supervisors, etc. Within my first week of working five people quit and walked out. Other employees told me to start looking for a new job while I’m training due to the issues listed above.

Leave quickly if you are a minority and you speak up about something going on wrong. Although the ideas that they have is not what it's practiced. They lie on ppl they don't like.

Never even filled out an application until my first day. Sent in a resume and had a 20 minute interview. They never even asked me to supply my degree. They just needed bodies.

In Ft Myers Florida it was a hostile environment with supervisors and parents. Co workers ( case managers) were great and we did feel like we were all in this horrible situation together.

It was a Group Interview--I was asked about what to do in a randaom emergency- I had to think on my feet and gave a great answer. I was lucky.
