Lack of support, poor salaries, poor supervisors, etc. Within my first week of working five people quit and walked out. Other employees told me to start looking for a new job while I’m training due to the issues listed above.
Low pay. Been there 10 years. I’ve had two very very small raises (under 25 cents an hour) this is as a bachelors degree level case manager in IL
