Director Luxoft USA (Former Employee) –  Kirkland, WAJuly 18, 2018
honestly i don't have intention to write a long review. The company has had huge and fast growth, but myopic strategy led to cutback in investments and layoffs.

Just Another Temp Staffing Agency
Not Applicable (Former Employee) –  New JerseyMarch 3, 2018
They asked me to relocate for a year long assignment and said I would be able to get salary for the length of the assignment because "they treat their employees as if they are on salary with full benefits" even if there is no work. A few months in their so called "one-year contract" they cut it short because "there are some budgetary problems" and the salary ended.

At least I got good recommendation from my boss and made contacts. Get experience and move on. They say they are a "consulting" company but in reality, it's just another fancy name for Temporary Staffing Agency.
Pros
Make contacts at big-name companies
Cons
Lack of reliability

Good Pay but toxic work environment
Director (Former Employee) –  Kirkland, WAFebruary 22, 2018
Good place to work if you want to take orders and collect a paycheck. Not a place where entrepreneurship or strategic discussion is encouraged. That said, the company's greatest asset are its employees who are incredibly passionate and smart.
Pros
Compensation
Cons
Political, Lack of budget to effectively execute, poor management

Staff Augmentation Vendor
Delivery (Current Employee) –  Kirkland, WAJanuary 16, 2018
Russian staff augmentation and outsourcing outfit attempting to expand in the US.
W2 only, with limited benefits, medium low salaries, no bench. Lot of internal competition from cheaper internal transfers from eastern europe.

Your experience will be very different depending on what customer you are working for and what the project is. It's mainly the matter of pure luck.

The company provides a lot of opportunities for learning and self-development.
