Bilingual CSR (Current Employee) –  Cranston, RIAugust 7, 2019
Luxury Brand Holdings and their affiliates offer a wonderful work environment with a compassionate culture. The customer service position comes with its challenges, however rewards and outcome are far greater.

Understaffed and Unreasonable Expectations
Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Cranston, RISeptember 6, 2018
The culture/environment was unpleasant to say the least. Unless it has changed the culture/call center structure it'll be a rough ride. You're just a $$ to them and they want more $$ however there is no additonal training/continuing development on any level. Post initial training it's learn as you go and receive quick five minute learn on the fly "training." From Call Center Managers to supervisors to reps everyone is overworked and overburdened.
Pros
Some really nice people
Cons
No Sick time. If sick must use vacation time or no pay, chaotic, lack of resources, employees are not cared about

Part-time Sales Associate
Part-Time Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Wrentham, MAAugust 5, 2017
Fun, dynamic jewelry store with unique styles and selections. The hardest part of working there is the commission base pay creating an un-trusting work environment between employees. The most enjoyable part was meeting people from all over the world and being a part of an exciting and memorable purchase.

customer service (Former Employee) –  Cranston, RINovember 22, 2015
Not a bad employer. Decent working conditions. Clear definition of roles and expectations. The employee discount on the jewelry is a nice benefit.
