The culture of the organization is amazing and the management team is supportive of their employees.
Although the work can be difficult at times, the management team is supportive and the climate of the organization is positive. I feel what I do is appreciated and valued.

The job is definitely challenging at times, but there's no place better than LVCIL in the nonprofit human service world. The focus is always on the consumers and their success, and significant support is provided by leadership and coworkers to help in all areas.

Toxic Work Environment
The work is very important, and very rewarding, but the overall work environment is very toxic. If you do not do something exactly how management wants it done OR you question anything you’re written off as a bad apple. They are not flexible but expect employees to be. Work life balance lacks especially now working from home.
