alot of stuff to learn in short period of time, if you dont get it right away they think your worthless, anything over 8 hours was overtime!.

paid training but lack of training in certain areas where more training should of been provided.
drove heavy equipment(End loader, D6 dozer, skid steer, back ho, dump truck, water truck)
Fixing or repairing broken equipment(report it)
everyday was different
a lot to learn
I really enjoyed this job, but randomly got laid off when it started to - more ... get cold out.
manual shoveling at times
fueling equipment up when needed
management wasn't great but wasn't horrible
work in all type of weather conditions( unless there is lightning storm)
greasing/oiling equipment everyday
load dump trucks w ... - less
Prosdrive heavy equipment, easy work at times depending on if everything was running like it should, learning
ConsGet yelled a lot for stuff that's not your fault, long hours in the summer 12 hours, manual shoveling alot of dirt
