The company doesn't do much for holidays. You don't even get Black Friday off, and most national holidays don't count except the big ones like Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, and possibly labor day. The company expects you to work on Saturdays, and even if it's a holiday weekend, they would rather open doors to make money than to give an employee a 3 day weekend. Also, if any of those approved holidays land on a weekend, then the company doesn't give the day off either.

They give you about 8 entire days off (which you have to accrue), and they cap it at a month.

I take very few (I believe only 1 in calendar year 2017). You earn hours and can take them as needed with sufficient notice, though they are flexible.

Hire better people, your turnover rate has a huge negative impact on your sales, rep after rep, you finally give up. Business is created with relationships, not only with pricing. SERVICE, AND COMMUNICATION COME FIRST.

We buy from many other distributors who have similar products, priced higher, however their quality is better, but MOSTLY THESE DISTRIBUTORS ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS.
