You will learn tons, but suffer every day.
Like most construction you will learns tons, constantly receive training, work with new technology, and strive to be at the head of your field. Unfortunately here you will also always be undermanned on sites, work far from home, have long commutes, get sent on trips with little notice, and no matter how good at your job you are there will be no raises - more... or promotions unless you put in your notice. Should not have to quit to get ahead in a company, by that point in time it is already time to go. - less
ProsLots of training, certifications, at the front of your industry.
ConsBad benefits, long commutes, hard work in part due to poor staffing, lack of notice for travel, difficult to get ahead without having to quit first.
