Working hours are what they tell you, sometime they make up a “mandatory “ excuse and if you don’t work the mandatory hours say 10-12 hour shift they send a “certified write” up by mail and get another and you’re laid off. They also create “mandatory 7 day work week” and expect 110%, I don’t know about you but if you working 7 days a week more then 10-12 hour shifts, by Wednesday many will be gassed out and just going with the flow

Sometimes id work 80+ hours a week sometimes I didnt work for weeks at a time. Unreliable.
