Very stressful, not enough support
Educator (Former Employee) –  Chula Vista, CAMarch 19, 2018
I would not recommend working at the High School. Administration is not in control of the students and do not provide enough teacher support. The focus is on community events versus academics. Student and teacher favoritism is apparent.

Substance Abuse Counselor (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAMarch 15, 2018
I loved working with my bosses and other counselors to help people. We mad it a positive environment for our clients. I had the most amazing operations manager who has now passed so not sure how new management is now that he is no longer there. The company helped me grow and further my career.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST/COMP TECH COORD (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAAugust 7, 2012
Great co-workers, some of my good friends came from working here. Great place to be to serve the community and people who truly need the assistance. Hardest part was the timelines of getting our work accomplished. But everything was worth it in the end for the satisfaction of helping others.
Pros
working with people, and helping those in need
Cons
wish things were planned out more thoroughly

Administrative Officer (Former Employee) –  Chula Vista, CAApril 20, 2012
Supervise 10 employees, make all deposits and take them to the bank, have reports ready for my Manager and overral have monthly reports ready.

Being a DUI program I learned to deal with all kind of personalities,
I was also a counselor and used to have one on one cases.

I was the Administrative and Fiscal supervisor, I made sure that all
the assigned tasks where being completed in a timely manner.

My co-workers where awsome and we all worked in a family atmosphere.

The hardest part of my job was to let one of my employees be
terminated.

The most enjoyable past was working all together to reach our goals.
