Management micro manage everything
Production Worker (Former Employee) - Ottumwa, IA - June 12, 2022
Was told 4 ten hour shifts you work 50 hours. Management is bad toxic work environment. You get yelled at every day, the quality of the spa is bad, bad work place safety, really nothing good about the company you get maybe 5 days of PTO a year, someone will die there.
